Our engineering team is always looking for ways to promote energy saving and safety among other features, to help our customers achieve the best design and functionalities. For this specific range, we focused on creating and engineering a safe no-burning function that allows you to achieve maximum hot water, but also prevents young children from burning or misusing the water.
Our Termaclick cartridge range is specially designed to help your clients meet the most comfortable temperature point (38 ºC) thanks to a click feeling that stops the rotation of the cartridge at the calculated optimal point.
To achieve this, our engineers designed a two-brass roller system that, with the help of a metallic band pushing it in, and a lever-holder with two small incisions, easily finds the peak setting and provides optimal hot water temperature. This specific temperature point is estimated with the standard cold and hot water temperature, with the maximum cold water being 13 ºC and the maximum hot water being 63 ºC.
We also wanted to ensure the smoothest usability, so we combined two technologies that affect the ceramic movements and the lever’s operation.
Firstly, all our Termaclick range features Glide Feel Technology, adding a special clutch to the cartridge that allows the lever to move in the closed position without moving the ceramics. This technology not only considerably extends the life cycles of the cartridge, protecting the ceramics, but also provides a 40% smoother lever operation.
Secondly, we use Sedalox Ceramics, a special material we have developed, which ensures no micro-scratches and includes grease reservoirs for smoothness, distributed throughout the piece, not just on the surface. This feature keeps the ceramics smooth and operating perfectly for a long time.
This combination helps us achieve a soft and easy lever movement, making this cartridge great for any type of faucet. This range also includes versions with cold start and mirror, with and without distributors, and offers 110º and 93º rotating angles. This way, we adapt to each of our customers’ designs.
